CMHP Staff...Ready to help with your housing needs!

The Central Minnesota Housing Partnership has eleven full time employees working in a variety of affordable housing and education programs. New CMHP Executive Director Bill Reinke, has over 15 years of experience working with all aspects of affordable housing development and services. Under this leadership, CMHP and its staff is involved with affordable rental housing through the Property Management Department and affordable single family homeownership and multi and single family rehabilitation through the Development Team.

Since 1994, the organization has accessed and leveraged over $129,000,000 through various programs and funders to assist our region in addressing the need for affordable housing. The organization has grown over the years as programs and services expanded and new ones have been created. CMHP was started in 1993 through the innovative vision of one woman and the assistance of one intern. Today, CMHP has grown to provide a multitude of affordable housing programs and services in the Central Region of Minnesota.
