Lease Terms: 12-month lease with one full calendar months’ notice to vacate

Rent: Rent is based on income as this is a Section 8 property.

• 1 bedroom: $560 – $590 without consideration of rental assistance

• 2 bedroom: $610 – $640 without consideration of rental assistance

Income Limits: Income restrictions do apply. In order to qualify, the annual gross household income cannot exceed the following amounts:​

  • 3 People: $71,500
  • 4 People: $78,800
