West Birch is the rehabilitation of twenty-four existing affordable LIHTC townhome units and the construction of 16 additional units. The project will include a range of one, two, three, and four bedroom units for households at 50%-60% AMI. As the original developer of the townhomes, CMHP wants to preserve the condition of the property for the long term as well as expand additional housing opportunities on the site. Community amenities will include a community room with kitchen, three laundry facilities, on-site management, playgrounds, activity room, and elevators (new building).
