Lease Terms: 12-month lease with one full calendar month notice to vacate

Pet Policy: One cat is allowed with an additional pet deposit of $150

Rent: 

  • 2 bedroom: $575 – $590 without consideration of rental assistance

Income Limits: Income restrictions do apply. In order to qualify, the annual gross household income cannot exceed the following amounts:​

  • 2 People: $77,500

  • 3 People: $86,500

  • 4 People: $95,500​
